Meatloaf and Quiche

After a nice weekend together, a pretty boring day today. Jim made a really good meatloaf for dinner (he puts hardboiled eggs inside!) and cheesy potatoes. It was so good! After I took Jim to school I worked out, and now I'm just looking for things to do around the house. Jim said he'll be at school until six or seven, and we miss him! I'm making quiche (I wonder what the plural of quiche is?) for dinner. That's about it; a pretty dull day!
