Yummy Recipe

This is a tree that is blooming near our apartment. I love it. I dodged the rain drops to take this picture.

I tried this really tasty recipe last night. Jim had his oral arguments at school until after 9, so I invited a friend and her doggie over to eat. We made Ina's shrimp scampi with linguine and both loved it. The lemon and parsley make it very fresh and tasty. Aside from some prep, it's an easy week night dinner.

Jim leaves for a conference in Portland tomorrow but will be back early Saturday. Troopie and I will miss him, but we're glad to have each other!
